Fixed Monthly Fees
We charge fixed monthly fees on all our accounting and bookkeeping services, based on the size of your business. Our small business rate starts at $250 per month. We also have a $150 per month package for consultants.
There are no hidden fees or fixed contract terms. There are no separate fees for CRA's basic questions or review support, and no separate fees for corporate tax guidance or planning.
There’s no hourly rate and you’ll always know how much you’re paying right up front.
You do work for one, two, or three clients and you’re a one person company. Your situation and paperwork is unique.
You’re just getting started, and chose to keep things small. You’re a one or two person show. You don’t yet have employees or subcontractors, and you have fewer than 30 bank tranctions or invoices or sales transactions per month.
You’re a growing
Many of our clients fit into this category. Your business has gained traction, and you have a solid customer base. You have a couple of people on the payroll, and your transaction volume is solid.
You have a solid group of up to 5 staff, many happy customers, 2 or 3 page bank statement with many transactions, Line of credit or Credit card and even some fairly complex ones with about $1 M + sales. Many of our clients are in this category.
